Presented as part of the VCE Season of Excellence, Top Screen on demand gives you the opportunity to view the work and creative processes of Victoria’s next generation of filmmakers from your classroom.

Top Screen 2023 brings together an eclectic selection of 15 short films created by young Victorian filmmakers as part of VCE Media. A range of styles and genres are explored through the films, including animation, fiction and documentary.

These 15 films were selected by the State Reviewer for VCE Media and leading Media educators from over 800 applications. Each film exemplifies high achievement in the study through skilful and innovative use of media techniques, codes and conventions.

How to Book: Visit the Top Screen On Demand page on the ACMI website to book. Please note that payments must be received before access is granted to the content.

How to Watch: Once you press play on either program, you have 48 hours to view them. The content can be viewed as many times as you like in that 48 hour period. Cinema 3 has a set rental window of one week, once you have purchased your session.
