This Happened

Although not strictly a true story, this short is deeply inspired by a real encounter the director experienced several years ago. A man he’d never met jumped into a taxi with some friends and ended up in his apartment. It was a situation he had brushed off as a joke for many years.

Stuart hopes this piece serves as a springboard for conversations about consent and various forms of toxic masculinity.
